1Characteristics of Strong Self priming Pump:
1. When starting, there is no need for backflow, vacuum pump, or bottom valve. The pump itself can automatically extract air and liquid.
2. The self-priming height can reach 9m, breaking the limit of the pump's "allowable suction height".
3. The self-priming time is short, ranging from 6.3m3/h to 600 m3/h, with a self-priming time of only 6-50 seconds.
4. The unique suction device maintains an approximate vacuum state between the liquid level and the impeller, improving the efficiency of the pump.
5. During the operation of the pump, even if there is a "water loss" phenomenon, it can automatically extract air through the suction device, achieving the effect of cutting off and restoring at any time.
6. Product materials: A3, HT200, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, American standard 316, 316L, Japanese standard SUS304, SUS304L, Monel, Hastelloy, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy.

1. Built in sealing lubrication structure: The pump has a built-in sealing lubrication structure, and the sealing circulating water provides more direct and effective lubrication and flushing of the pump sealing system.
2. Beautiful appearance: The straight shaped appearance is reinforced with strong ribs on the pump cover, and the built-in sealed lubrication structure makes the overall structure of the pump integrated. The flexible structural design makes the pump more exquisite and generous.
3. High efficiency: CFD computational fluid dynamics is used to analyze and calculate the relationship between pressure distribution and velocity distribution inside the pump, optimize the flow channel design of the pump, ensure that the pump has an efficient hydraulic profile, and improve the efficiency of the pump. The pump body adopts a dual channel design to reduce radial force. The flow parts such as the pump body, pump cover, impeller, etc. are molded with resin sand plates to ensure the appearance, flow channel size, and hydraulic efficiency of the pump.
